Residential New Build & Development Specialist

At Kaislar LTD, we don’t believe great design should be diluted by slow execution or poor craftsmanship.

We are expanding our network of RIBA-certified Architects who are tired of the "standard" 18-month build cycle and want to see their visions realised with speed, structural integrity, and technical excellence.

We specialise in high-spec 5-bedroom new builds (delivered in 6 months), complex basements, and residential developments. We aren’t just looking for a "service provider" - we are looking for long-term partners who want to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality work with a team that actually follows the drawings.

What This Role Involves

As a Kaislar-affiliated Architect, you will lead the design and planning phases for ambitious residential and investment projects. You will:

Design & Planning Leadership

Develop bespoke architectural designs for high-value residential new builds and conversions.
Manage planning applications and navigate local authority requirements.
Work alongside our RIBA-certified team to ensure designs are optimized for our rapid-build systems (Silca/Ytong).

Technical Collaboration

Collaborate directly with our in-house structural engineers and project managers.
Provide detailed construction drawings and specifications that our site teams execute with precision.
Participate in technical reviews to ensure advanced waterproofing and thermal efficiency standards are met.

Project Lifecycle & Delivery

Conduct site visits to ensure the build remains 100% faithful to the design intent.
Advise on material selection and high-end finishes.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

Respect for Detail: We are builders who take responsibility, not shortcuts. Your drawings are our bible.
Proven Systems: Work with innovative technology (Silca blocks, precast floors) that delivers U-values of 0.13 and total soundproofing.
Speed of Execution: We turn your designs into reality in record time (6 months for a 5-bed house), meaning you see your portfolio grow faster.

Remote-Friendly: We leverage technology to allow for seamless remote design collaboration combined with precise on-site execution.
