One of our current projects is a full demolish and rebuild
of a five-bedroom home. It began with the careful teardown of the existing property—over 600 tons of waste
safely managed and cleared by our team in just
eight days. That was followed by precision groundwork, including 27 concrete piles, each 350mm wide and 13 metres high, drilled and set for the new foundation.
The site also included a tennis court, which we demolished and prepared for future development—all part of our comprehensive service.
While other companies quoted this build at over £800,000
and projected 15–18 months, we priced it at £500,000
and contracted it to be completed in just 6 months. And true to form, we completed the initial structural works in
just two weeks, originally scoped for five.
