Two High-Quality Flats. One Solid, Soundproof Structure.

This New Malden development is a 300 m² build delivering two 150 m² flats across ground floor, first floor and loft — designed to feel quiet, solid and premium, not “typical flats”.

The structure uses precast concrete floors for acoustic separation and Silca/Ytong structural blocks (200×200×380) instead of traditional steel framing — improving comfort, thermal performance, moisture resistance and fire safety.
