The website describes Kaislar services, project experience and possible delivery routes. Content is provided for general information and initial project-enquiry purposes.
3. No reliance
Website information is not project-specific architectural, engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate advice based on the site, design, specification, approvals and circumstances of the proposed project before relying on a general website statement.
4. Project enquiries
Submitting an enquiry, project brief, planning link or document does not create a construction agreement, reserve capacity or confirm that Kaislar will accept or deliver the project.
5. Project scope and commercial terms
Project scope, price, programme, responsibilities, inclusions, exclusions and payment terms are confirmed only through the relevant project-specific written documents.
The Structural Shell reference of From £1,950/m² is GIA-based and remains subject to site conditions, project scope and the agreed specification. Standard foundations are included; piling and demolition are quoted separately. Full Bespoke Design & Build projects are priced after review.
6. Project and media information
Project imagery and descriptions are presented according to their stated provenance. Architectural visualisations are labelled, and active-project information may be updated when verified progress becomes suitable for publication.
