Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the use of our website www.newbuildkaislar.co.uk and our services, including new builds, house extensions, loft conversions, and general construction.

1. Quotes & Agreements

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work starts only after acceptance and deposit. All terms will be outlined in a formal agreement.

2. Payments

Payments must follow the agreed schedule. Late payments may delay progress or lead to suspension of work.

3. Cancellations

Project cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to the site
• Obtain necessary permissions
• Notify us of any hidden issues

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g. weather, supplier delays) or for issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Warranty

We provide a 12-month defects liability period on our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where relevant.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
