Privacy Policy
Effective date: 4 September 2026
This policy explains how KAISLAR LTD handles personal information supplied through the Kaislar website, project-enquiry journey, recruitment applications and telephone-consultation booking services.
1. Who is responsible
KAISLAR LTD is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13316299. Its registered office is 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
Privacy and data-protection enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
The project-enquiry journey may collect your name, email address, phone number, project location or postcode, project type and stage, site or property relationship, approximate floor area, bedrooms or units, budget range, intended construction start, planning information, project brief and uploaded plans or documents.
If you book a telephone consultation, we process the information required to arrange and manage that booking. If you apply for a role, we may process your name, contact details, location, CV and information you choose to include in the application.
3. How we use information
Kaislar uses information to understand and respond to project enquiries, review submitted plans or documents, arrange calls, assess project suitability, maintain business and project records, manage recruitment applications, operate and secure the website and communicate by email, phone or SMS where appropriate to the enquiry or application.
4. Lawful bases
For project enquiries, quotations and consultation requests, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a possible contract.
Kaislar may rely on legitimate interests for reasonable enquiry administration, business and project records, website and system security, and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Processing may also be required to comply with a legal obligation where applicable.
Optional marketing is based on consent. You can submit an enquiry without agreeing to marketing, and the marketing option is unticked by default.
5. Optional marketing
Where you separately choose marketing consent, Kaislar may send occasional marketing emails and text messages about its services, projects and offers. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Enquiry processing and marketing consent remain separate.
6. Service providers
GoHighLevel / LeadConnector provides survey, CRM, document-upload and booking functions used in the customer journey. Information submitted through those services is handled within the Kaislar HighLevel account for enquiry, application and booking management. Verified website-delivery and security providers such as Cloudflare may also process limited technical information.
If Kaislar introduces additional analytics or advertising technologies, this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated where necessary and consent will be obtained where required.
7. Retention
Unconverted project enquiries are retained for up to 36 months after the last meaningful interaction, reflecting the potentially long planning and procurement cycle of residential construction projects.
Plans and documents uploaded for an unconverted enquiry are retained for up to 36 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless the project proceeds or another legitimate or legal reason requires longer retention.
Active-customer and project records are retained throughout the project and for up to 12 years after completion or termination where reasonably required for contractual, legal, accounting, project-history, dispute or defence-of-claims purposes. Necessity and relevance are applied; not every item is automatically kept for the full period.
Marketing information is retained while valid consent remains in place, the person has not opted out or objected, and the relationship remains relevant. Inactive marketing records are reviewed at least every 36 months. Marketing stops when consent is withdrawn or an objection is received.
Where someone unsubscribes or objects, Kaislar may retain the minimum suppression information needed to avoid adding that person back to marketing activity. Suppression records are not used for marketing.
8. International transfers
Some service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Where this involves a restricted international transfer, Kaislar requires an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism, which may include applicable UK adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards.
9. Cookies and website preferences
The website provides controls for Necessary, Analytics and Advertising technologies. Optional technologies are used in accordance with visitor preferences where consent is required. See the Cookie Policy and use Cookie preferences to change an optional choice.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access personal information, request correction, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing and receive portable information where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are concerned about how your information has been handled.
11. Changes to this policy
Kaislar may update this policy when website services, legal requirements or information-handling practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version.
