The role

Technical information translated into controlled site delivery.

The role connects drawings, measurements, specialist trades and site sequencing so structural work is set out, reviewed and delivered coherently.

Core responsibilities

  • Support setting out, dimensions and site measurements.
  • Coordinate structural drawings and technical information with architects and engineers.
  • Review foundations, steelwork, masonry, floors and roof construction against issued information.
  • Resolve technical queries and coordinate trades, materials and site logistics.
  • Maintain quality records, inspections and clear project reports.
  • Explain technical issues to project teams and clients in practical language.

What we are looking for

  • A relevant qualification in civil, structural or construction engineering.
  • At least two years of relevant construction experience.
  • The ability to interpret drawings and understand residential structural work.
  • CSCS, careful site judgement and strong communication.
