Support substantial residential design, planning and technical coordination from early project definition through construction information and site review.
The role

The role brings architectural judgement into a coordinated residential delivery team, with clear communication between planning, technical design and construction.
Core responsibilities
- Develop residential design proposals and support planning applications and local-authority requirements.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, schedules and specifications appropriate to the project stage.
- Take part in multidisciplinary technical reviews with structural and delivery teams.
- Review material and finish decisions without losing sight of buildability, programme and the approved design intent.
- Undertake proportionate site visits and respond clearly to technical queries.
What we are looking for
- Experience in UK residential design, planning and technical delivery.
- Strong drawing, specification and coordination skills.
- Clear professional communication in a remote, project-led environment.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to resolve design information collaboratively.
