Structural building
Project-specific foundations, structure and agreed shell works.
For clients who want Kaislar to deliver the structural building while retaining control of their own interior fit-out.
A defined route for clients who want clearer separation between the structural building and the later fit-out decisions.
The emphasis is scope control and commercial clarity: a defined building package before later specification choices begin.
The agreed specification, inclusions, exclusions and engineering requirements are confirmed for the individual project.
Project-specific foundations, structure and agreed shell works.
Defined envelope outcomes in accordance with the agreed specification.
Clearer separation from later kitchens, bathrooms, finishes and client-managed fit-out.
Structural construction can be defined much earlier than many interior decisions. The later stages can vary significantly as the specification develops.
The agreed shell may use Ytong AAC or Silka calcium-silicate masonry where appropriate to the project design and engineering requirements.
The shell route defines the structural building. The bespoke route coordinates the complete project through fit-out and handover.
Gross Internal Area (GIA) basis; subject to site conditions, agreed specification and project scope. Standard foundations included; piling and demolition quoted separately.
