Live approximately 300 m² scheme delivering two approximately 150 m² flats across ground, first and loft levels, combining precast concrete floors with Silka calcium-silicate masonry and Ytong AAC systems.

Traditional residential construction is not the only route. Kaislar combines engineered masonry systems with coordinated technical design, early specification, procurement planning and sequenced deliveries.
Ytong AAC construction
Ytong is an autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) system. Its large-format, lightweight and workable units can help wall construction progress efficiently on appropriate residential projects.

Silka calcium-silicate masonry provides an engineered walling solution where its structural, acoustic and buildability characteristics suit the design.
